Noomi Weinberg
Psychodynamic Psychotherapist
(Adults)
Noomi is a psychodynamic psychotherapist with specialist training and eight years experience of working with adults with complex mental health difficulties in NHS and private settings. She has worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and always aims to offer a non-judgmental, respectful, and compassionate therapy space.
She works with clients who seek therapy to process a specific event or issue, as well as those who feel lost or stuck and want to understand why. She has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, stress and burn-out, mood swings and anger, bereavement and loss, and those who have experienced trauma in childhood or adulthood.
She works psychodynamically, which means you will be exploring aspects of yourself that you are not yet conscious of. In sessions, you can bring thoughts, feelings, memories, or dreams that are on your mind. You will work together to make sense of your experiences and to enable you to see things from a different perspective.
Noomi is a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council and the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists.
